How does the daily content generation work?
Our AI analyzes your market area and generates a complete content pack every weekday morning. This includes a market report, 5 story graphics, a feed post, a carousel, and optionally a newsletter. You'll receive an email when your content is ready.
Can I customize the content for my brand?
Yes! During onboarding, you'll set up your brand colors, upload your headshot and logo, and complete a personality assessment. This ensures all content matches your voice and style.
What markets do you support?
We support all US real estate markets. You can define your market by counties, cities, ZIP codes, or a radius from a central point. Our AI will research local market data for your specific area.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be charged or credited the prorated difference.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), and never share your data with third parties. Your voice samples and brand assets are stored securely.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans. After that, you can cancel anytime. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
